The 200A energy storage connector is a product with a 200A current capacity. It can accommodate 50-square-millimeter wires, has an 8mm center pin, and is one of the best-selling energy storage connectors.

When discussing the performance of a 200A energy storage connector, four key aspects are generally considered, detailed as follows:
1. The yield strength of a 200A energy storage connector, also known as the yield point, is the critical stress value at which the material yields. Yielding refers to the transition of a metal from an elastic state to an elastic-plastic state in a non-uniform manner after reaching a certain deformation stress. It marks the beginning of macroscopic plastic deformation. Yield strength's impact on the 200A energy storage connector: Selecting a metal material with higher yield strength results in a greater forward force on the terminal.

2. Tensile strength of a 200A energy storage connector: After a material yields to a certain extent, its ability to resist deformation increases again due to the rearrangement of internal grains. While deformation develops rapidly at this point, it only increases with increasing stress until the stress reaches its maximum value. After this, the material's ability to resist deformation decreases significantly, and it undergoes significant plastic deformation with necking occurring until fracture. The maximum stress value (corresponding to point b) before the material breaks under tension is called the ultimate tensile strength or tensile strength.

3. Elongation of a 200A energy storage connector refers to the percentage of the increase in length to the original length when a metal material breaks under external force (tensile force).
4. Hardness of a 200A energy storage connector. The ability of a material to locally resist the indentation of a hard object on its surface is called hardness. It is the local resistance of a solid to the intrusion of an external object and is an indicator for comparing the hardness of various materials. Because all metal materials in the 200A energy storage connector are extremely thin, Vickers hardness (HV) is used for measurement. Vickers hardness (HV) is determined by indenting the material surface with a 136° diamond square pyramid indenter under a load of 120 kg or less. The Vickers hardness value (HV) is calculated by dividing the load value by the surface area of the indentation. Hardness is an important parameter for material selection in 200A energy storage connectors.

UNIK have designed and manufactured various kinds of concrete block production lines producing a wide range of concrete products (blocks, kerbstones, paving stones, slab ect…) to meet all requirements. The product structure design is reasonable, the product density is high, and the molding quality is good. Customers are welcome to call for consultation.
